Odd/extra days charged pro rata the weekly rate. Stays of 6 nights or less incur an additional £75/€110 cleaning fee £75/€110 deposit required per week upon completion of booking form to secure your dates. The balance of the rental payment is due 10 weeks before the arrival date. A refundable security deposit of £150 must be paid with the rental balance. This will be returned once our management company have completed their audit after departure and confirmed there are no unreasonable breakages or damage. Normally this will be within 2 weeks of your departure date. |

Mike & Mandy, our local property managers ensure La Casita Bonita is maintained and cleaned to a high standard and ready for you. They will welcome you on arrival, manage your stay and provide you with a wealth of local information. They will be your local contact point available 24 hours a day while you enjoy your holiday. |
| Online Booking Form | We accept payment by cheque, cash, bank transfers or credit cards. A surcharge of 2% is made on credit card payments, the bank does that not us. The store will also appear add VAT but the total rental cost will be correct. No money will be taken from your card until we receive the completed booking form. |
